I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password?" and follow the email. If nothing arrives inside a few minutes, check spam, then email us.
My reminders are not making a sound
Check the app has notification permission: on iPhone go to Settings then Notifications then TradieKit and allow alerts and sounds. Same idea on Android under App notifications.
I want my data removed
Email us from the address on your account and ask. We handle removal under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
